This review represents a very important opportunity for those with an interest in bowls in Wales to articulate their views, suggestions, and concerns and to identify practical ways to move forward and to allow the sport to thrive.
No particular preparation before the session is required, but it would be helpful to come along ready to talk about what you like about how the sport is run, what you would change and your ideas about how the sport can be not only sustainable but successful and growing at all levels. We expect the group sessions to take around 90 minutes .
Session 1: 7.30pm on Wednesday 19 October at Merthyr Tydfil Indoor Bowls Club, Rhydycar Leisure Complex, CF48 1UT.
Session 2: 11am to 1.30pm on Friday 28th October at Bro Myrddin Bowls Club, Carmarthen, SA31 3BS. The session will be bilingual, with the option for groups to be run in Welsh and English.
We hope to confirm additional sessions across Wales in the coming weeks. Once confirmed details will be shared via NGB’s and social media platforms.
