Notice of Annual General Meeting — 10 August 2026

BowlsWales is pleased to give notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will take place on Monday, 10 August 2026 at 6:00pm at the Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.

The formal Notice of Meeting was circulated to all Member organisations on Monday 11 May.

Key Date for Members

Saturday, 8 August 2026 — the deadline for proxy notices. Members unable to attend in person may appoint a proxy in writing. Proxy notices must be received at least 48 hours before the start of the meeting.

Attending the AGM

The AGM is open to Nominated Representatives of all Member organisations. Each National Governing Body Member is entitled to send two Nominated Representatives; each Service Organisation Member is entitled to send one.

Directors of BowlsWales may also attend and speak at the meeting.
