BowlsWales is the newly formed coordinating body for bowls in Wales and is about to embark on an exciting and stimulating period of development. Our range of activities cover the whole of the sport, from early development through to competition on the world stage.

Wales already excels on the world stage and we are looking for a talented and passionate individual to lead our activities in respect of our performance pathways, ensuring the right preparation and talent development for our most gifted players and to ensure that our teams and individuals are fully prepared for competition against the world’s best.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to influence and work with national bodies and associations and a passion to develop and embed a performance culture at the top level will be key to this post.

If you would like to join us and support us in our ambition to create the environment for Team Wales to compete with distinction and perform at the highest standard, please send an expression of interest, providing details of your experience and outlining what you would bring to the role, to nia.butler@bowlswales.com by the 31 January 2018.

Experience of bowls is not necessary, but we are looking for individuals with experience, resilience and drive to support us in delivering our ambitions.

We will hold meetings with interested individuals shortly after this date.
